If your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a full refund.

  • All items purchased from LUVEL JEWELER are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery ("porch piracy") or delayed by the carrier.
